Treatment and exercise plans, the session workspace, forms, measurement charts and branded reports sit on the paid plan — you move up when your practice gets there, not before.
No interview is required. We review every application personally, and most people are accepted and set up the same day. If your profile stands out — for example you run a clinic — we may also offer an optional 30-minute video call with the founder (in English or Turkish). Take it or skip it: your account works exactly the same either way.
Yes. Vitena is used by health professionals in many countries. You treat your patients where you practise — your own clinic, a rented room or home visits — and Vitena carries the booking, the records, the exercise plans and the follow-up in between. You keep your own patients and set your own prices; we don't employ you and we don't validate diplomas or licences, so meeting the professional rules where you practise stays with you. Your public page and directory listing are free.
Not to use Vitena. You can create your account, publish your page and start taking bookings without being registered as self-employed. Invoicing is the part that follows your country's rules — most independent practitioners either register themselves or bill through a clinic or an accountant. Vitena records what you charge in Collections, but it doesn't process payments or issue official invoices for you.
