They find your teamThey search by city, need and language. Each professional is listed on their own, and your clinic page shows the whole team.
They book who they chooseThey pick a free slot with that professional, the appointment lands on their calendar and you are notified straight away.
No monthly fee for up to 3 people
- New clients: you pay nothing unless we bring you one.
- Other appointments: a small transaction fee if booked through Vitena; free if you add them in your dashboard.
- Larger teams: €15 a month + €9 per person.
- You pay the fee from your balance: you see the amount and approve it when you sign up. Your clients pay Vitena nothing.

- Every professional has their own calendar and working hours; clients get reminders automatically.
- One panel for the team: your professionals and your assistant each work with their own login, and the front desk sees who has arrived and who is waiting on one screen.
- Take prepayments with the clinic's own payment link; the money goes straight to your account.
- If you need them, session notes, client records and a client portal are here too (paid plan).
Your data is stored in the EU, and our data processing agreement is free. Details
