What happens to what you write
- It is not shown to your health professionals. The dietitian, dentist or clinic you book on Vitena does not see your health timeline.
- AI puts your entries in order and does not interpret them. What you write is processed by our AI provider only to file it: its type, its date and a short title.
- You decide what leaves Vitena. When you take your timeline to your own AI, you send it yourself; the files themselves and your name are not part of it.
- You can correct or delete any entry, or your whole account, at any time.

Is the health timeline free?
Yes. It is part of the free Vitena account, and you do not need to be working with a professional on Vitena to use it.
Can my doctor or dietitian see what I write?
No. Your health timeline is not shown to the professionals you book on Vitena. If you want to show a doctor something, you print or share your visit summary yourself.
How do I ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Claude about my health history?
Open "Ask your AI" in your health timeline and tap a question. Your question and your timeline are copied together and your AI opens; you paste and send. In ChatGPT you can also download your timeline as a file and add it once to a project, so that every chat in that project knows your history.
Does Vitena give medical advice?
No. Vitena keeps what you record and puts it in order; it does not interpret it, diagnose or advise. Answers come from your own AI or from a health professional, and you can find one on Vitena.
Can I add entries by voice or from a photo?
Yes. You can speak, type, or add a photo or PDF of a document such as a test result. A voice note is written down and the audio is not kept; a document is read and filed under its own date.
Does it work on my phone?
Yes. It works in the browser on any phone and in the Vitena Android app, in English, Turkish, Spanish, German, Dutch, Ukrainian and Portuguese.
