Your Monthly Appointment Allowance

The free plan comes with a monthly appointment allowance, shared across your whole business rather than divided per seat — which is what makes free multi-user practical rather than symbolic.

One rule matters more than the number: an incoming booking is never refused. Someone trying to reach you always gets through. When you reach your allowance, what narrows is your own access to the new lead's contact details, not the client's ability to book you. You still see that a real person is waiting, and upgrading opens their details straight away.

A client can always book you. The allowance affects what you see, never what they can do.
