One Screen: Vitena Bookings
Open Vitena bookings in the left menu. Everything about appointments that came to you through Vitena lives there, in four blocks:
- What reached you — views, clicks and bookings over the last 30 days
- Balance — what you hold, what is waiting, and the way to top up
- My prices — the schedule that applies to your account, and the box where you confirm it
- Movements — every deduction and top-up, each one tied to the appointment it belongs to
The menu entry appears only where these fees are switched on. If you do not see it, nothing is being charged on your account.
Why There Is No Price on Our Website
These fees are set per account — they depend on your profession and where you work — so there is no single public number to publish, and we do not publish one.
That confidentiality points outwards, never at you. Your own schedule is in the My prices block in full: each profession, each kind of fee, and the floor that a percentage can never go below. You tick the confirmation box there, and only from that moment can anything be charged.
- Open Vitena bookings from the left menu
- Read the My prices block — it lists every fee that can apply to you
- Tick the confirmation box
- Any booking that was waiting on that confirmation is released straight away
Balance, and What Happens When It Runs Out
Fees come out of the balance you hold in your account. You top it up from the store, in the amount you choose.
If the balance runs out, bookings are not refused. They are held: the client has booked, you can see that someone is waiting, and nothing is lost. You get a banner in the dashboard and one email. The moment you top up, the waiting bookings open oldest first and each client receives their confirmation.
Tips
- A "balance running low" warning appears well before anything is held
- If a price changes, you are told in the dashboard and by email before the new amount applies
When Nothing Is Charged
Several situations cost you nothing at all:
- Your country or profession is not switched on. Then appointments booked through Vitena are free and your screen says so.
- An appointment covered by a campaign. Sometimes we cover the fee ourselves — a business's first booking through Vitena, for example. It applies only when your screen says so.
- Appointments you enter yourself. These never touch the balance; they count against your plan's monthly appointment allowance instead.
- An appointment cancelled before it takes place. The fee goes back to your balance.
