Vitena is a digital subscription service. The service becomes active immediately upon payment and the user begins accessing all features. We offer a 30-day free trial so you can fully evaluate the platform before making a purchase.

We offer a 30-day free trial so you can evaluate our platform without any risk. During the trial period:

• You have full access to all features
• No payment information is required
• No automatic charges at the end of the trial period

This period provides sufficient time to evaluate whether the platform meets your professional needs.

Right of Withdrawal & Digital Content Exception

Under the following legal provisions, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content services under certain conditions:

• Turkish Consumer Protection Law No. 6502
• Distance Contracts Regulation (Official Gazette No. 29188, dated 27.11.2014)
• EU Consumer Rights Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m)

When you purchase a Vitena subscription:

• The digital service begins immediately upon payment
• During the purchase process, you explicitly consent that the service will begin immediately and that you waive your right of withdrawal
• Due to this consent, refund requests under the right of withdrawal cannot be accepted

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Upon cancellation:

• You retain access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your data is retained for 30 days, allowing you to reactivate within this period

Cancellation does not include a refund for previously completed payments.

Completed subscription payments are non-refundable.
