€15 per month for a single practitioner, plus €9 per month for each additional seat. Longer billing terms carry a discount: 5% for three months, 10% for six, 20% for a year.
Turkish lira
Practices in Türkiye are billed in lira: 500 TRY per month for a single practitioner, plus 300 TRY per additional seat, VAT included. No exchange-rate exposure for a practice earning in lira.

Is the free plan a trial?
No. It is permanent — no credit card, no expiry date and no automatic upgrade. It covers the front office: your public profile and directory listing, 24/7 online booking with confirmation and reminder emails, unlimited client records with appointment history and notes, up to 3 team seats, client portal access, a one-page visit summary PDF, 1 GB of storage and a monthly AI allowance.
What do paid plans add?
The clinical back office: the session workspace with rich notes and progress charts, clinical forms and validated scales with automatic scoring, informed consent with e-signature, custom fields, branded PDF reports, collections, unlimited seats, and the nutrition module for nutrition professionals.
What currencies can I pay in?
Euro across Europe, starting at €15 per month for one practitioner plus €9 for each additional seat. Customers in Türkiye are billed in Turkish lira, from 500 TRY per month plus 300 TRY per additional seat, so there is no exchange-rate exposure for a practice earning in lira.
Does the price depend on my profession?
No. Dietitians, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists, beauty and aesthetics practitioners and child development specialists all pay the same. The workspace adapts to the discipline you choose; the price does not.
What happens if I stop paying?
Nothing is frozen and nothing is deleted. The account returns to the free plan: your directory listing, online booking and client records keep working, and the clinical tools wait until you subscribe again.
