Who Vitena Is For
Vitena is a cloud-based practice-management platform for health and wellness professionals — dietitians and nutritionists, dentists, physiotherapists, psychologists, beauty and aesthetics practitioners, child-development specialists, and other health professionals. It works the same whether you practise alone or run a clinic with a team.
The core is identical for every discipline: appointments, online booking, client records, notes, the client portal, your public profile, payment tracking and your team. What adapts is the workspace — your note types, form templates and specialties follow the profession you choose during onboarding. Nutrition professionals additionally get the nutrition module (meal plans, recipe database, food search).

All you need to get started with Vitena is to create a free account. Registration takes less than 2 minutes.

- Enter your business name, email address, and password
- Click the verification link sent to your email
- Your account is ready! Your 30-day free trial has started

- Use your practice or clinic name as the business name
- Pick your profession in the first onboarding step — it decides which note types, form templates and specialties you get
Setting Up Your Practice
After creating your account, the setup wizard guides you step by step. Most users complete the initial setup in under 10 minutes.
- Complete your business information (name, address, contact)
- Upload your logo - it will appear on reports and your public profile
- Set your working hours (weekly schedule + locations)
- Configure your online booking preferences
- Add your first client or import your existing data
Import Your Existing Data
Switching from another software? Vitena provides full support. You can quickly migrate your existing client data to Vitena:
- Import it yourself: Upload your CSV or Excel files using Vitena's import tool. Basic information like client name, phone, and email is automatically matched
- Let Vitena's team do it: Send us your data and we'll handle the migration. No matter which software you're using, our team will review your files and import them into Vitena completely
During migration, all your data including client notes, contact information, and history can be transferred. You won't lose any data during the transition.
Dicas
- Make sure your CSV file includes columns for client name, phone, email, and date of birth
- Your existing client notes and history can also be migrated
- If you can't do it yourself, email your files to our support team and we'll handle the migration for you
