Beyond a Single Consultation Fee
A single fee per practitioner works for a consultation-based practice. It does not describe a dentist, a physiotherapist or an aesthetics clinic, where the answer to "how much?" depends on what is being done.
The price list gives you your own catalogue of services and treatments, each with its own price — and, where you need it, a different price depending on who performs it or who pays for it.
Building Your Service Catalogue
Each service carries a name, an optional group, a duration and a few switches.
- Open Pricing from the main menu
- Add your services — name, group and typical duration
- Mark any that are free as a first consultation
- Set the price for each
- Choose which ones may appear on your public profile
Dicas
- Group related services so a long list stays readable
- A percentage increase can be applied across the whole list at once, with a preview before it is written
Different Prices for Different Cases
A price can be set at four levels of specificity, and the most specific one wins:
- This service, this payer, this practitioner
- This service, this payer
- This service, this practitioner
- This service — the default
Anything you leave blank inherits from the level above, so you only fill in the cells that genuinely differ. A senior practitioner charging more for the same procedure is one row; an agreed tariff with an organisation is another.
The payer dimension only appears if you have declared the organisations you work with — otherwise there is nothing for it to describe, and the column stays out of your way.
Publishing Prices (Or Not)
Publishing prices on your public profile is off by default and takes two deliberate switches: one for the business, one per service. Prices going public is not something you want to discover after the fact, and in some countries publishing them is restricted.
When you do publish, only your self-pay prices appear. Agreed tariffs with an organisation are never published — that figure is what the organisation pays you, not what the visitor would pay, and showing it would mislead.
